The dawghouse espresso stand is up and running. Managed by Tori Burton, Danny Cossey and Hanna Weathers, we are off to a great start in our new location. If you haven't had a chance to enjoy a drink, stop on by today - they make a great drink. To learn how to make the drinks, these three FBLA members, along with Austin Rice, Samm Strothman, Mackenzie Yackel and advisor Scott Moore took a trip to DOMA Coffee Roasting Company in Post Falls. We learned a ton about coffee and drink making. There is much more to making a cup a coffee than what meets the eye. In addition, the three managers have formed a business partnership with this organic coffee roasting company. Stay tuned - there's much more to come. If you would like to learn how to become a Barista (drink maker), contact one of the managers or advisor Scott Moore. We are always looking for additional help.
